I met Gerrie Watson in 1995. I enlisted her to sell a piece of property for me that fronted on the intracoastal waterway in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. When the principals buying the property ran into difficulty and considered backing out, Gerrie came up with a plan to keep them involved, and we ultimately closed on the property.

Because of her actions, I actually ended up with more than the initial purchase price, which even the buyers were satisfied with. I decided then that if I ever had another piece of property to sell, regardless of where it was located, I would enlist Gerrie to sell it for me. That has come to pass. She is selling a parcel for me in upstate South Carolina as I write this. I have found Gerrie to be tenacious.

If she takes a listing, she will not give up. She will do everything in her power, use everything in her “tool kit” to sell the property. She will do it honestly, professionally, always keeping the best interests of her clients front and center. Her knowledge of commercial real estate is vast. She keeps her clients informed of options and is always accessible. And she does it all with courtesy and a smile.
